We make every attempt to ensure that the work we do is completed on
time and on budget and fulfills your own vision for your yard. All of
our work is guaranteed for a
full year from the date of
completion. This means that if there is anything not to your
satisfaction we will do our best to find a remedy.The trees and shrubs that we supply are guaranteed to grow and thrive and are covered by a one year replacement guarantee. This is a guarantee that we make with confidence because we only supply hardy plants that are suitable for the challenging growing environment of southern Manitoba. Many of the plants we use are locally developed and grown. If at any time you have questions regarding the health of your plants, we encourage you to contact us. We can offer recomendations on proper plant care, and if necessary will remove and replace the ailing plant. Plants will only be replaced one time at our cost. Replacement plants are not covered by a guarantee. In some cases, plants may require more than a year to establish themselves. Some varieties of trees and shrubs do not really thrive until year two. In such cases we may consider extending our guarantee into a second year. All decks and
hardscaping are also guaranteed for a full calendar year against
splintering, settling, and shifting. We take great care in preparing
the base for our patios and retaining walls, and these elements
of your landscape should stand solid for years to come. If not, we will
make it right. With decks too,
we choose the highest quality lumber and fasteners available, but if
necessary we will replace boards that don't weather gracefully.
In building our ponds and waterfalls we use heavy gauge pond liners and commercial grade pumps rated for continuous use. We guarantee our liners against leaks and all pumps and hardware are similarly guaranteed for a full year. Our goal at Earthworks is to always do our best work and to ensure your satisfaction.
