provides prompt and courteous residential snow clearing services in Tuxedo, River Heights and Lindenwoods
from November through March. The majority
of our work is done on a monthly basis with prices starting at
about $100.00 per month for an average driveway. We offer two
levels of service. Our basic service is
aimed at
those who are willing and able to deal with some of the smaller
snowfalls(under 3 cm) on their own but want to be
covered in the event of a larger snowfall. The premium
service is for those who require quicker service no matter how much
snow is on the ground.
Below is a summary of the two levels of service:
Basic Service
- Snow
will be cleared from driveway and sidewalks when accumulation exceeds
3 cm.
- Service
is guaranteed within 24 hours
after the snow stops falling unless accumulation exceeds 15 cm
- There
is no limit on the number of clearings per month.
- Driveways
and sidewalks will be cleaned to the pavement except where vehicles and
pedestrian traffic have compacted snow.
Premium Service
- Snow
will be cleared from driveway and sidewalks when accumulation exceeds 1 cm.
- Service
is guaranteed within 8 hours
after the snow stops falling unless accumulation exceeds 15 cm(ie: if
snowfall ends before 12:00 noon, it will be cleared by 8:00 that
evening, and if the snowfall ends overnight, clearing will be completed
by 3:00 the following day)
- There
is no limit on the number of clearings per month.
- On
multi-day snowfalls, the snow will be cleared daily to reduce buildup.
- Sidewalks
will be cleaned to the pavement and driveways will periodically be
cleared of compacted snow.
- Ice
melt will be used when necessary to keep steps and walkways clear
