It all begins with a spark of inspiration from you. What are your ideas, aspirations, and goals for your space?

To get the ball rolling, our designer will visit your yard, walk through the space with you as you bounce ideas off of one another. Our expertise and creativity combines with your vision and we're able to start sketching ideas.

How do you want it to feel? Together you and the designer imagine colours and textures. How do you need it to function? We recommend methods and materials.

When the designer leaves your place, he or she has the information and inspiration that we need to create a rough draft of the design. You will consider that design, presented to you as a scaled plan drawing, along with 3D renderings from multiple angles. Does it align with your original vision? Has your vision changed?

The second draft takes into consideration any new ideas that you may have and is more refined. This is often a good time to meet again so that we can respond to any questions and hear any critiques first hand. This is a collaboration after all.

The third draft is usually the final one. This is where we fill in the details of the plan, and we include an estimate of the construction costs. We can also discuss a timeline for the completion of the work.

With a detailed plan in place, we are ready to get our hands dirty.
